AccountNGT has been a reliable source, specifically when it comes to information about Quantic Dream. They had revealed an image from Star Wars Eclipse a week before its announcement at The Game Awards, so they do seem to have an inside source on things. It's been pretty quiet on all fronts for Hogwarts Legacy. The only information we've gotten besides the trailer was a random tweet that really didn't say much. This in turn led to rumours brewing about the game's development and launch. One of them was by Colin Moriarty during the Sacred Symbols podcast. Moriarty mentioned that it was "in some sort of trouble" and the "game isn't coming out this year.” However, the Wizarding World website's latest blog revealed that it will be coming this year, along with Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore in April, and the Fantastic Beasts: A Natural History documentary. "From learning powerful spells and brewing potions, to honing combat skills and taming magical beasts," reads the Wizarding World's description of Hogwarts Legacy. "This game will allow players to experience the magical world as a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry like never before as they determine the fate of the entire wizarding world." |
